Job Description
: We are looking for quality engineer to design, develop and execute tests for product quality. Work with development teams to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.Co-ordinate with PO and SM in a fast-paced agile environment.Fostering a quality first approach with continuous improvement mindset.Further the CI/CD adoption with efficient test automation.Partner with stakeholders in test documentation and test management.Adopt with latest tools, technology and practices to enhance the overall productivity.

Primary Skill
s:Understanding the Requirement Specification and Designing Tests and Scripts to ensure 100% coverage.Develop and maintain Automation Tests to enhance the Regression Suites.Validate Sprint planned features with utmost Quality.Help managing Test Data and Test systems needed for Functional and Automation Testing.Actively participate in Scrum Ceremonies, Planning, Reviews and Test Documentation.File Defects with good detailing and tracking till closure.Contribute to overall teams’ achievement, improvement and performance goalsSecondary Skills:8-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, SDLC, STLC, Reporting and Defect Life CycleMust have very good expertise in scripting with Python, Selenium and Robot FrameworkHands-on experience with Octane, CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins and Azure is expectedGood to be ISTQB certified Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
